June Seager

Studio Manager / RYT 200

June has a background in Finance and worked in Banking for more than 10 years.  When she married her husband in 2010 she left Corporate America to follow her husband and his career. In 2012, June became a mother and decided not to go back to work but to stay home, instead. June’s family came to Oahu in September of 2014 when she was 8 months pregnant with her 2nd child. June discovered Yoga after having her second child as a way to heal from post partum depression and was immediately in love with her practice. June took her 200 hr teacher training with Jimmy Barkan and the Barkan Method of Hot Yoga in August of 2015, shortly after she took a Yin certification, from Evolve to Harmony Yoga School and in February of 2016 received her advanced teacher training from The Yoga Joint.

June’s classes are organically correct for the whole body, it’s a beautiful fusion of Vinyasa and Yin. You will start gentle and then build up to a powerful flow then move into a relaxing yin floor sequence. Junes classes are appropriate for beginners and yet challenging enough for an experience yogi.

Sheryl Hashimoto RYT - 200

Sheryl began her yoga journey in 2011 and was immediately drawn to the concepts of self-love, acceptance, and awareness she experienced firsthand, dedicating herself to a consistent yoga and meditation practice. With a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, Sheryl has long been interested in the mind and body connection as she kept finding herself coming back to the mat as a way to heal herself from the inside out. Sheryl completed her teacher certification in 2013 at 7 Centers Yoga Arts in Sedona, AZ, a unique and intensive immersion program, studying Yoga, Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology in a healing, ashram inspired setting.

Sheryl is truly grateful for her many wonderful teachers who continue to inspire her every day, including her students and life itself. She encourages her students to let go of expectations and judgments and to follow their own inner guide by connecting to their breath to find the stillness within the movement. Her classes provide an inviting space to explore the physical body so that students can learn to experience the part of themselves beyond their thoughts. Sheryl is passionate about sharing her experiences and love of yoga with her students so they too can come to know who they are on a deeper level as they embark on their own journey.
