Hatha Align Yoga: This class gives attention to the form, alignment and intention of poses and movement through instruction and practice.  This attention is the catalyst for the physical, mental and spiritual transformation of your yoga practice.  It draws upon the alignment principles of Iyengar yoga and the flow style of Anusara, "flowing with grace".


Hatha Yoga Flow: Hatha Yoga describes any physical practice of yoga. This all-level class offers creative sequencing, alignment instruction and basic breathing techniques that will leave you feeling calm and focused. Come join us and find the balance of effort and ease in your yoga practice. 


Power Vinyasa: A 60 minute powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. The class is a mix of strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session. Power Vinyasa yoga incorporates regular sequences that become familiar to students and variations to modify, intensify, or challenge the body by altering the pace or duration of poses.


Women's Yoga: Women's Yoga is soft and intuitive. It guides us through gentle yet powerful movements that help us soften and center. Classes are combined with healing touches, meditation and poetry to nourish both body and spirit. Come to class and leave feeling like you've spent the day at a luxurious spa.


Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga Mamas: All trimesters and levels welcome! This yoga class is a great way to stay healthy during pregnancy as well as the post-natal recovery period. We will discuss the benefits of yoga during pregnancy and focus on opening and prepping the hips for child birth, strengthen the legs, arms and back, opening the heart and creating space in the body for your growing baby. We will also go over using breath for birth.  

In this supportive and non judgmental class we encourage nurturing the mind-body-spirit connection in order to maintain a healthy sense of Self and to be the best parent possible, regardless of your child’s age! This class is also a great way to connect with your baby, work through the changes taking place in your body and to bond with other pregnant and postpartum mama's!

Restorative Yoga: Great for people new to yoga or experienced students who want to de-stress and improve physical, mental and spiritual wellness. Restorative yoga uses props such as bolsters and blankets to support the body in yoga poses designed to relax, rejuvenate and release tension from the body and mind. 


Yoga Nidra: In a world of chronic exhaustion and over stimulation, Yoga Nidra is a method that is intended to induce full body relaxation, bringing about an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity to the physical body and mind. Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is a deep meditation that uses a variety of techniques—including guided imagery and body scanning—to aid relaxation and offer balance and healing in the body and mind. Practitioners can expect to leave the practice feeling restored and rejuvenated. This practice is for all levels of yogis.
