Because of our small class sizes, we are able to modify our classes to suit the needs of the students in attendance.  If you are curious about a class, please check it out!  Then you can decide whether or not if feels appropriate to you.  If you have concerns or certain body issues, our experienced teachers can recommend variations that are right for you!  We encourage students to attend big classes, small classes, and all different styles to enrich your personal practice and find an approach that best suits your needs!
