There are four individual/family treatment rooms for more intensive treatment. For Psychotherapy, we have three psychologists (Dr Thomas Cummings, Dr Leslie Morland and Dr. Jessica Harper). For bodywork and hypnotherapy we have Bryan Jordan (LMT) who also plays the crystal bowls for meditation classes. Dr. Allison Gandre, ND is our Naturopathic Physician. Our Acupuncturist is Valerie Montoya, L.Ac. For craniosacral therapy and massage, we have Valerie Collins, LMT.
An important component of MMWC is the larger Mind-Body Sanctuary (MBS) that is designed for classes in Mind-Body disciplines. The Sanctuary is beautifully designed and soundproof for classes in crystal silence or with a state of the art sound system. Within this space, we feature several types of yoga classes taught by well-qualified, enthusiastic teachers (see the “Classes” page for more information). We also offer classes in T’ai Chi and Chi Kung by Stuart Holloway and Dr. Thomas Cummings. Our Pilates classes are taught by Stephanie Duffield.
